Rules on pollution blocking housebuilding, says minister

In a written response in the Lords, Baroness Scott, a junior minister in the Division for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC), claimed the authorities recognised the need to have to secure freshwater habitats and rivers, and was tackling “fundamental pollution”.
