The jailed Belarusian opposition leader Maria Kolesnikova has been admitted to intense care and gone through surgical treatment, her allies have claimed.
“Maria is in the emergency healthcare facility in Gomel, in the intense treatment device,” said the press service of Viktor Babaryko, another opposition politician.
Kolesnikova father, Alexander Kolesnikov, reported his daughter was in a grave but stable affliction. The medical doctors did not share her analysis or any other details with him about the medical procedures, Kolesnikov said.
He famous that his daughter appeared energetic and cheerful when he past visited her in prison about a month in the past.
Kolesnikova’s lawyer claimed she had been placed in a penitentiary mobile ahead of she was taken to the clinic. He didn’t elaborate on her ailment.
